Forest Christmas in the skywalk allgäu nature adventure park
Scheidegg, GermanyEvery year, the scent of mulled wine and sweet crêpes wafts through the forest, and the woodland glows with Christmas lights. Festively decorated stalls offer arts and crafts and homemade goods. Children can post their wish lists to Santa Claus at the Heavenly Post Office. Both St. Nicholas and the Snow Queen have announced their attendance as guests of honor. The kitchen team will spoil visitors with culinary delights such as hearty Wipfeltaschen (pockets of dough filled with cheese), creamy cheese soup, and sweet crêpes. The forester's hut offers Christmas fairy tale hours for young visitors. Children can make candles and forge their own key rings. A varied musical program featuring choirs, alphorns, brass instruments, and crackling fire pits rounds off this atmospheric open-air event for the whole family.

This year, the framework of the event was adapted to the exceptional circumstances: Thus the number of visitors per day of the event remains limited. The number of exhibitors will also be significantly reduced compared to previous years. In addition, the huts that have been set up are distributed over a larger area. Thanks to the wide paths and the spacious parking area, distance and hygiene rules can thus be easily observed.
- Every Friday additionally from 14:00 - 14:30: storyteller for the little guests
- From 16:00 - 17:00 Visit of the Krampus (or Bärbele) - wild figures with bells and jingles, which end the forest Christmas every evening
- Daily occupied heavenly post office to send letters to the Christ Child
- An atmospheric Christmas market at the edge of the forest
