With his idyllic vineyard and small cultivation area, he is not primarily concerned with mass production, but with high quality. With his passion for viticulture, Clemens is one of the most innovative young winegrowers on Lake Constance. With his small winery around Nonnenhorn, he has created a genuine wine brand - ‘Hendriks+Fürst Weine’. In a major step towards the future, Clemens and his wife Janina took over the Fürst winery in June 2021 and ‘Hendriks Weine’ became ‘Hendriks+Fürst Weine’.
