Grape Blossom Fest in Pinot Noir Land

In mid-June, Pinot Noir Land in Schaffhausen celebrates the Grape Blossom Festival. Vintners and wineries open their doors to guests from near and far. You will hear glasses clinking in wine cellars and people meeting up at the winery for social merriment. Horse-drawn carts drive visitors into the vineyards where food and drink await them in the little wine huts. In the evening, the vineyards in Hallau glow with the flames of hundreds of Finnish candles showing bon vivants their way back home.
