Everyone knows that wine and cheese are a perfect match. The flavor of wine changes depending on the type of cheese you eat. You will taste these different flavor synergies on a guided degustation. There is also the “right” wine for chocolate too, and this tasting creates an interesting and intense sensory experience you won’t forget. Florin estate wines come from the best Steiner vineyards and are paired with selected, regional cheeses and chocolate made by local Zuckerbäckerei Ermatingen. The vintner personally guides you through the tasting in the cellar or the cozy wine carnozet in town.
