From Roman times to the present, the guided tour of the historic town will bring you a little closer to the fascinating history of Arbon. Parts of the fort built by the Romans in around 280 known as Arbour Felix, the Catholic church of St. Martin, the “Galluskapelle” and the former Castle of the prince bishops with its visible for miles around are just some of the historical witnesses that are visited during the tour. Numerous lovingly renovated houses from each century, cosy squares and alleys encourage visitors to linger.
