Quality and tradition: The family business stands for excellent wines and spirits. In Kressbronn on Lake Constance, the Steinhauser Winery combines their passion for modern techniques with traditional styles: In addition to an ultra-modern distillation plant, the Steinhauser Winery distills the "1st Single Malt Whiskey from Lake Constance" in a beautifully restored distillation plant from 1890.
Wine Manufacture
The winegrowers cultivate about 20 hectares of vineyards on Lake Constance. The wines of the Kressbronner Berghalde vineyard are unique. Excellent grape quality and careful and gentle manual work are the keys to great wines.
Distillery
Since 1828, well-known noble brandies have been distilled here. Only the best Lake Constance region fruits are used for processing fine spirits and perfected in one of Europe’s most modern distillation plants.
Whisky Distillery
The 1st Lake Constance Single Malt Whisky Brigantia® was distilled in 2008 at the renovated distillation plant from 1890. Today, other special labels are crafted here in addition to Brigantia®
