Schloss Hohenzollern in Sigmaringen in der Nähe vom Bodensee

Hohenzollern - Sigmaringen Castle

Sigmaringen, Germany

Initially built as a fortress, Sigmaringen Castle, perched between the Swabian Jura and Lake Constance, is now considered a palace, a princely residence where the later Princes of Hohenzollern wrote European history. Take a guided tour of the palace to learn about its history, which spans close to a millennium, and experience courtly life through the ages. The residential palace’s interior will most certainly transport you back in time. Young visitors can also discover the palace’s secrets on one of the regular guided tours for children.
