We produce everything by hand in small quantities
In our rural Strohwilen distillery we still do things the traditional way. Housed in a former cheese dairy since 2007, we still fire the kiln with wood and carry out the entire production process by hand in small quantities. Visitors can tour of the master distillery and learn more about the secrets of the art of distilling. Then, we offer our own distillates for tasting as well as regional delicacies and small dishes.

A distillery visit must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
On request, a whiskey fondue or a cheese and meat plate are available for a surcharge. Allow at least 1 ½ more hours for the event. Our exquisite whiskey fondue is mixed in with 7 local cheeses and our exclusive Macardo Single Malt.
The whiskey fondue event costs an additional 350.00 CHF with groups up to 10 persons. Each additional person will be charged with 50.00 CHF. Max. 20 people.
Cheese and meat plates cost an additional 400.00 CHF with groups up to 10 persons. Each additional person will be charged with 55.00 CHF. Max. 20 people.
