The winemaker’s table is richly decorated with Lake Constance antipasto, fresh Lake Constance fish, a seasonal soup, alpine dairy cheeses, fresh bread from the stone oven, roast beef from local pastures, festive salads and fresh farm vegetables. Not to mention, a wonderful surprise for dessert and a tasting of 6 delectable Lake Constance wines.
